The Fatima Zahraa Helping Hand Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with a goal of supporting developing communities throughout Southern Africa. It is our intention to improve the livelihoods of its citizens and aim to provide the basic life necessities for underprivilaged South Africans.  In turn, we expect the individual will become positive, active contributors to society and feel a reciprocal responsibility of giving back to their community and the world at-large.  We will also engage proactively with other charities; governmental and non-governmental bodies; and communities to promote projects and initiatives that are of benefit to all and foster a better understanding of our commonly shared values.
